Suresh Eswar Bulusu
Chief Executive Officer
Sujit has 20 years of work experience in the IT industry in the higher education space. Under his leadership, the company has developed an innovative industry-aligned B.Tech. program in partnership with IT Leaders to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
He architects the programs’ core capabilities such as curriculum design, course design, content creation, collaboration, class management system, problem resolution and mentor support among others.
He is also a part of the Joint Course Committee and is on the Advisory board of various universities. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur.

Suresh has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry in various roles across domains, including manufacturing, IT services, BFSI, and recruitment.
He partnered with global leadership teams to set up a remote IT operations center in India. He has executed large enterprise wide programs and turnkey projects successfully.
Suresh was an empaneled mentor on the JP Morgan Global Mentorship Program. He partnered with HR teams designing policy / process creation for start-ups. He has successfully delivered organization business goals by leading change, collaborating and navigating through complex enterprise environments.

Archana has over 15 years of experience in the field of HR and strategy. Prior to joining MindMatrix, she was working with the media house of ABP. Archana is an alumnus of Lady Sriram College and has completed her MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon
Amitabh Satyam is an expert in the areas of Smart City, Education, Telecom, Internet of Things and Analytics. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with an MBA from Fisher College of Business, USA, Amitabh was earlier the Managing Partner at SAP and the global consulting leader for Telecom and IoT at IBM.
Amitabh started his career on Wall Street as an investment analyst at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Later, he was the Operations Head at Reliance Infocomm, Managing Director at MobiApps, and Vice President at Siemens. Amitabh has also taught at The Ohio State University and at Rider University in the US for four years.

Has over 40 years of experience in the IT services industry. He has been part of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd wave of offshoring. He understands issues involved with outsourcing and offshoring of IT and BPO services. He has been active with industry bodies such as CII and NASSCOM.
In addition, he is also the Global president of IIT Kanpur Alumni Association. He is a distinguished alumnus of IIT Kanpur. He is an independent Director on the boards of GVFL and Lord Krishna Bank.
Amitava Roy has been one of the top executives in the India IT industry for over 3 decades. A passionate leader of technology and IT businesses, his strengths lie in evolving a strategy formulation, business transformation and incubating and running end-to-end businesses across sales, delivery and operations. He has led some of the most challenging and critical business transformation assignments in the industry as a key executive in his past co(s). He was the Chief Operating Officer, Tech Mahindra till Nov 2014.

- A graduate of IIT Kanpur, Jyothy has over 40 years’ experience having worked with Indian and multinational banking and IT organizations such as Bank of India, TCS, Deutsche Software India, IBM, and vMoksha Technologies. She has a fascination and great passion for numbers and data, and that passion has now culminated in founding Kavaii Business Analytics India Pvt Ltd, an analytics company providing actionable insights by way of KPIs and dashboards to key decision makers in diverse verticals such as Healthcare and IT Services.
